If you’d like to schedule a new patient appointment with one of our dentists or a follow-up cleaning with one of our hygienists, please call as at (209) 478-3036 or utilize our online scheduling form. Please call us directly if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, preferably at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
If you’re a new patient, please visit our Patient Forms page, print our New Patient Packet, and fill out all necessary forms prior to coming into our office. We’ll be able to attend to your dental needs more quickly if you arrive with completed forms rather than filling them out when you arrive for your appointment. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions while completing your new patient paperwork. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Payment is expected at the time that we perform dental services, cleanings and periodontal services. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit for your convenience. We’re happy to discuss financial arrangements with you if your customized oral health treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work. Contact us any time to discuss your options.
We’re in the process of creating a list of frequently asked questions that our patients have had about dentistry and oral health for your reference and education. Check back soon to view our new FAQs once we’ve posted them.
